I coded an automated trading robot that utilised a number of APIs from the investment brokerage firm IG to make automatic trades based on a proprietary algorithm formulated with my client.
The code was written in Python and utilised data indicators from APIs to make the desired trades autonomously, I used the Lightstream api to allow for a realtime feed with minimal delays.
